Learn to meditate: FREE Jyoti Meditation Classes

       Science of Spirituality organizes FREE meditation classes throughout the Twin Cities.   You need to register for the class and plan on attending at-least 4-6 weeks to start learning.   The classes are either planned for new comers as well as experienced meditators.   In the class we learn the meditation technique, practice techniques to improve meditation, discuss questions and topics to inspire and encourage students.

  The classes are currently offered in three places:

   1.   Meditation Classes at Lake Nokomis Community Center - on Friday, May 7th 2010

   2.   Meditation Classes at Maple Grove Hindu Temple - every Sunday

   3.   Meditation Classes at Minneapolis/St. Paul - on Wednesdays
