Join us in this Study Group to learn and practice a simple Meditation Technique. We will study books on the Art and Science of Meditation as well as explore teachings of great saints and mystics on Meditation & Spiritual living to help us lead an enriched and fulfilling life. All are welcome! Children below 12 can sit with their parent/s. Please ensure the class is on before making a trip in case of weather-related events.
