Meditation Workshop - Jyoti Meditation, or Meditation technique on the Inner Light

All are cordially invited to this interactive meditation workshop entitled, Meditation Technique on the Inner Light on Friday evening, April 30, 6:30pm-8:30pm on the why and how of doing Jyoti, or Light meditation according to the teachings of the Sant Mat saints. There will be a meditation sitting.

Whether you are already meditating or feel it’s time for you to begin, join us for this interactive workshop. No special clothing, postures or experience are required. Feel free to come and enjoy some peace and quiet and time away from the world.

This will be an excellent review for those already initiated and meditating, as well as an introduction for those new to meditation.

Child Care will be provided. We have reserved a small room at Powderhorn for this.
